We're sorry we can't bring you cookies in person, but here is a recipe you can make at home.

 

Coconut chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 sticks room temperature butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup, plus a little extra, shredded coconut
     

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Combine flour, baking soda and salt
  • Cream together butter and both sugars until lightened in color
  • Add eggs and vanilla to butter/sugar mixture and combine
  • Slowly add dry ingredients to butter/sugar mixture
  • Once combined add chocolate chips and 1 cup coconut
  • Scoop out dough using an ice cream scoop for uniformity 
  • Roll each cookie in coconut and place on baking sheet
  • Bake for 13-15 minutes until slightly golden
  • Cool and enjoy!
